The Tenant Profile is a description of the type of tenant you are looking for a particular property that you are looking to rent. Not every tenant is suited for every rental property type. If you have a 5000 Sq. Ft. home on an acreage and a 400 Sq. Ft. apartment condo in the inner city the ideal tenant for each property will be different. For each specific property there are a number of items to consider when selecting the ideal tenant for that property.

- Co-habitation
