  • Landlord is to change batteries once every 6 months. This gives you an additional reason to view the property a couple times a year.
  • Better to update to the alarms that have 10 Year Lithium batteries.
  • Better to use WIFI interconnected alarms if using batteries.
  • It is best to install hard-wired 110v battery backed up Smoke and Carbon Monoxide combination units.
