A few appliances tips
- Show tenants that the appliances are in good working order when they move in.
- Confirm with them all parts and shelves are in the fridge, stove, dryers etc. and they will be responsible if they break or loose them.
- Explain to the tenants how the appliances work if necessary.
- When purchasing new appliances, always buy a good quality, better than builder grade. Especially clothes washers, dryers, and stoves as this can be a positive renting feature when showing to prospective tenants.
